Everyday I track my steps, heart rate, location, app and computer usage, along with my mood. I use the app Gyroscope to track my location and my mood, but also to visualize all the data in one dashboard. I also use apps like:<\/p>\n
I track most of my life for two reasons. One I like to look back and see what I was doing a year ago or how I was working. The second part is I like to look at how productive or see how I’ve been eating. This allows me to see if I am staying on track with my health or if I need to push myself in a different direction.<\/p>\n\n
